Katie specializes in postural alignment, mobility, and endurance training. She is a certified contemporary Pilates instructor that has studied movement on all apparatuses with Stott Pilates. She has previously had experience with back pain and believes that Pilates can open so many doors for mobility. She loves helping clients believe that they can move and improve.

DIANNE KWON

Dianne discovered Pilates after suffering multiple injuries from a few of her fitness activities. She found Pilates to be the safest, most enjoyable, and effective way to tone and condition the whole body. She fell in love with Pilates straight away, so much that she decided to become a fully certified instructor through Pilates Sports Center, Encino CA! She is an athletic style instructor that focuses on function, strength, mobility, and weight control. She works hard to help others reach their fitness and health goals in safe and effective classes. She loves being able to share the benefits of Pilates!

SUSANA WOO

Susana is a classically trained and certified Pilates instructor, specializing in mobility and strength training. Her passion for health, fitness and movement contribute to her versatility in teaching Pilates. She is happy to be a part of her clients’ journeys in not only helping them achieve their fitness goals, but also in discovering a little more about themselves along the way.

ROBERT PEREZ

Robert is classically trained and certified on all Pilates apparatuses, through The Lab program. Moreover, he has been practicing Pilates for over 10 years. He loves learning from his clients every day, and his talent is in helping clients find the connection to their bodies and pushing them to discover new nuances in their practice.

ARIEL KASHANCHI

Ariel is a certified Pilates instructor with a background in contemporary and athletic styles and over 10 years experience training clients and mentoring other Pilates instructors. Ariel’s form-focused approach ensures that each client is getting the most out of their workouts and meeting their fitness goals. With advanced certifications in all apparatuses, Ariel’s workouts are varied and fun. With specialties in pre and post natal training and injury rehab, Ariel creates challenging and effective workouts for everyone! Working with Ariel will help you establish a deeper connection with your body that will carry through to all aspects of your day-to-day life.

CRYSTAL PACK

Crystal is a comprehensively certified, contemporary Pilates instructor who is passionate about helping clients with pain management. As a former black belt Taekwondo athlete, she injured her back and tried multiple outlets over the span of a decade to relieve her chronic back pain. During her search for a more long-lasting solution, she was advised to try Pilates, which she loved and found helped her back pain become much more manageable. She became an instructor so that she could help other people rehabilitate and regain confidence in moving their bodies. She loves that Pilates is low-impact and accessible to all body types.

ALLIE MIKS

Allie is a certified Pilates instructor with a specialization for Dance from BASI Pilates.  As a dancer and choreographer, she loves to apply the dynamics of dance and her dance education into teaching Pilates. She has a passion for all things related to the body— movement, strengthening, flexibility, and injury prevention/rehabilitation. Allie loves to help people find a good challenge, the details in their bodies, and joy in movement.

JESS YOON

Jess is a fully certified Classical Pilates instructor in all apparatuses and at all levels through Whole Body Method Pilates and BASI Pilates. She started her fitness journey as a snowboard instructor in her younger years and has been practicing meditation for over a decade.  She believes Pilates is one of the most practical methods for finding the mind-body connection. EUNICE LEE

Eunice completed her Pilates Reformer certification from Barre Body AU in 2023 and has been practicing Pilates since 2018. In her classes clients can expect fun, challenging and sweaty sessions - hopefully, you’ll be sore (in a good way) the next day! Her goal as an instructor is to help her clients feel comfortable in their bodies and feel the change in themselves, becoming stronger after each class and finding the transformative power of Pilates!
